Job Description : We are seeking a

Senior AI / ML Mentor

to guide and develop a team of 10–15 members with 0–3 years of Python experience. The ideal candidate will train, coach, and groom the team to work on real-world AI / ML use cases, helping them strengthen their technical foundation and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Mentor and train junior team members in Python, AI, and Machine Learning concepts.

Guide the team in applying AI / ML techniques to real business problems and customer use cases.

Conduct hands-on sessions, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the team.

Work closely with the management to track progress and ensure training goals are achieved.

Requirements :

Strong experience in AI / ML development and deployment.

Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks / libraries.

Proven ability to train and mentor junior engineers or fresh graduates.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience working in large organizations and handling client-focused AI / ML projects

(not limited to academic work).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional) :

Prior experience in conducting technical training or corporate workshops.

Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
