Duties and responsibilities : -
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hospitality & Event Manager to manage all aspects of corporate hospitality, internal and external events, and guest relations. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of service, seamless coordination of events, and an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities :
Hospitality Management :
- Oversee daily operations of the corporate guesthouse, cafeteria, and reception areas.
- Ensure superior hospitality standards for visiting guests, clients, and senior management.
- Coordinate travel, stay, and transport arrangements for corporate guests.
- Manage catering services for meetings, conferences, and office functions.
- Liaise with vendors for food, beverages, housekeeping, and hospitality supplies.
Event Management :
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events such as conferences, offsites, product launches, annual functions, townhalls, festive celebrations, and employee engagement activities.Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, logistics, and branding requirements.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Admin, Marketing, etc.) to ensure successful event delivery.Handle end-to-end event timelines — from concept and planning to execution and feedback.Guest & Office Experience :
Maintain a high standard of office ambiance and visitor experience.Supervise front desk staff, visitor management system, and meeting room scheduling.Ensure professional and courteous handling of all guests and VIPs.Vendor & Budget Management :
Identify and manage vendors for events, décor, hospitality, and travel logistics.Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and maintain service quality.Prepare and monitor annual hospitality and events budgets.Specialized skills and competencies : -
