Aloha - Lead Mobile Developer - iOS / Android Platforms

About the role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mobile Developer to drive the development of our mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of mobile developers, defining technical strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications.

As the Lead Mobile Developer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create seamless, user-friendly mobile experiences.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a mobile app built with React Native and Expo, ensuring it is scalable, performant, and provides a pixel-perfect UI for both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the mobile development team in delivering high-quality iOS and Android apps.
• Define technical architecture, best practices, and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure overall quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve app-related issues efficiently.
• Develop features using React Native, ensuring performance across platforms.
• Implement offline-first strategies and real-time data synchronization.
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI based on design guidelines.
• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and optimize performance.
• Focus on making the app modern, next-level, and distinct in the market.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and elevate app performance.
• Enforce security best practices and stay updated with mobile development trends.
• Manage app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into functional mobile apps.
• Implement unit testing to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.
• Maintain a culture of innovation and quality throughout the development lifecycle.
