Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for the position of a Human Resources Intern. As an HR Intern at Resollect, you will assist in various HR functions such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, coordinating onboarding processes, supporting personnel management tasks, and participating in the development and execution of HR initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management concepts
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits frameworks
• Skills in Personnel Management, including communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks as well as a keen attention to detail
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
