The Role

As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products that put our customers’ experience at the centre of everything we do. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute test plans across web and mobile platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and detail-oriented QA professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about continuous improvement, automation, and delivering excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Test Design & Planning  : Collaborate with QA team members to design detailed test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Test Execution  : Perform manual and automated testing to identify issues in functionality, usability, and performance.
• Defect Management  : Document, track, and follow up on software defects, participating in triage sessions to ensure timely resolutions.
• Automation Development  : Independently develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts across multiple frameworks.
• Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to improve testing processes and product quality.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and organised documentation of test cases, results, and defects for transparency and traceability.
• Continuous Learning : Engage in mentorship opportunities and stay current with emerging testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Performance & Accessibility Testing :   Develop and execute performance and accessibility tests to ensure compliance with quality and user standards.
