Role : AWS Platform - Associate Engineer / Developer / Lead

AWS Platform Engineer : -2

Mandatory Skills :

1. AWS Platform Mastery – Deep knowledge of EKS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFront, and Control Tower patterns. 2. Infrastructure & Automation Leadership – Expert in Terraform, AWS CDK, and GitOps workflows; designs scalable IaC ecosystems with security baked in. 3. CI / CD & Reliability Engineering – Advanced experience in GitHub Actions, and observability stacks (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry). 4. Security, Governance & Compliance – Skilled at enforcing guardrails via SCPs, Config, AWS SSO, and implementing least-privilege IAM across teams. 5. Platform-as-a-Product Mindset – Builds internal platforms with clear SLAs, service ownership, and a focus on accelerating developer productivity and satisfaction.

AWS Platform Developer with React and Typescript and Nodejs(MERN) : 2

Mandatory skills :

" 1. Full-Stack Development – Strong React + TypeScript skills for UI extensions; Node.js and Express for backend customization and service integrations. 2. AWS & CI / CD Integration – Experience connecting Internal Developer Portal (Backstage) with AWS services, GitHub Actions, and Kubernete clusters. 3. Developer Experience Engineering – Familiar with golden paths, service scorecards, API discovery, and building developer-centric workflows and metrics dashboards. 4. Platform Automation & Observability – Understanding of authentication (SSO / OAuth), metrics (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus), and internal platform reliability."

AWS Platform Engineer -Lead -1 :

Mandatory skills :

Designing and implementing : Building cloud solutions based on project requirements and best practices.

Managing infrastructure : Maintaining and managing core components like compute, storage, networking, and databases.

Automation : Automating infrastructure deployment and management using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Monitoring and alerting : Implementing monitoring solutions to ensure performance and availability.

Security : Implementing and maintaining security best practices, including access controls and encryption. Collaboration : Working with development teams to deploy and manage applications.

Cost optimization : Monitoring and optimizing cloud costs to identify savings opportunities.
