Role Description :

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager for the Aerospace & Defence Composites space to lead mission-critical composite manufacturing programs for global clients. This role is pivotal for driving project success and ensuring seamless integration across multiple critical business functions, including Quality, Operations, Customer Programs, and Customer Support. The role demands a strong technical foundation in composites, deep familiarity with A&D manufacturing environments, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical or Materials preferred) or a related technical field. A PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience : Minimum of 7years of experience in project management, operations, and quality within the Aerospace or Defence manufacturing industry
• Quality Systems : Proven working knowledge of AS9100 or equivalent A&D quality standards
• Customer Exposure : Demonstrable experience managing projects & relationships with both Indian (eg, DRDO, HAL) and US-based (eg, Defence prime contractors) customers

Key Responsibilities :

ensure compliance with customer requirements and export control regulations (ITAR, EAR, SCOM) while driving continuous improvement through process control and non-conformance management.
