Role Description

This is a self-employed role offered on-site at Alorica Calls Media LLP, located in Bhopal. The individual will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound campaigns, coordinating live transfers, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with publishers. Daily tasks may include analyzing campaign performances, engaging with clients, and utilizing tracking portals to generate insights and improve results. The role supports innovation in various vertical campaigns and emphasizes fostering lasting partnerships with publishers.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, including experience with inbound and outbound campaigns, Live Transfers, and Lead Generation.
• Ability to build and manage effective publisher relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools for tracking sales, leads, and campaign performance.
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to support innovative marketing campaigns and meet performance goals.
• Knowledge of B2B, B2C, and C2B marketing strategies and operations is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a marketing, sales, or outsourcing environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
