Job descriptionDevelop concepts for new shows, video series, and multimedia campaigns aligned with audience interests and brand vision. Stay current with trends in visual storytelling, motion graphics, and digital content innovation. Devise and execute digital marketing strategies to grow audience reach, including SEO, paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community building. Optimize content for discoverability and engagement, leveraging analytics to drive decisions. Identify and unlock new distribution channels (OTT, aggregators, emerging platforms). Explore and secure sponsorships, brand partnerships, and collaborative content opportunities. Contribute to monetization strategy : advertising, subscription models, merchandise, events, and licensing. Represent the company at industry events, network with potential partners, and pitch to investors when required. Help build and lead a creative team (editors, designers, marketers), fostering an environment of innovation and growth. Set OKRs and KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence. Expert-level skills in video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar), VFX (After Effects, Blender, or equivalent), and sound mixing. Proven success in digital marketing (social media campaigns, analytics tools, content marketing, paid ads). Deep understanding of the media landscape-podcasting, YouTube, OTT, and content licensing models. Entrepreneurial mindset : proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, innovative digital campaigns, and audience growth. Excellent communication and people management skills. Prior experience in launching or scaling podcasts or digital media properties is highly desirable. Strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit-ready to wear many hats and grow with the business.
Job Description : Co-Founder (Media & Podcast are seeking a passionate and visionary Co-Founder to join our fast-growing media and podcast company. This unique role requires proven expertise in video editing, VFX, and digital marketing, along with a broader understanding of business operations in the media industry. You will be instrumental in shaping the creative direction, scaling our multimedia content, and driving business growth across multiple revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production :
- Oversee video and podcast production workflows, ensuring high-quality audio-visual output.
- Lead video editing processes, employing advanced techniques and VFX to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Collaborate with hosts, editors, and writers to deliver innovative content across platforms (YouTube, Spotify, social media).
