About Position :

As the Lead Data Scientist, you will spearhead our advanced research efforts and drive innovation across generative AI, model fine-tuning, and agentic AI systems.

What You'll Do :

Define and execute the organization's AI research roadmap, identifying emerging opportunities in generative AI, large language models, and autonomous systems

Mentor and develop a team of 3–4 data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence

Prioritize research initiatives across generative models, model fine-tuning approaches, and agentic AI architecture

Guide the implementation of novel AI architectures, ensuring robust evaluation frameworks and deployment strategies

Partner with product, engineering, and business units to translate research breakthroughs into valuable applications and features

Establish processes for internal knowledge sharing, publication in top-tier conferences, and patent applications

Represent the organization at industry conferences, academic forums, and strategic partnerships

Expertise You'll Bring

Master’s or BTech in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

Proven track record leading AI / ML development teams with demonstrated impact

Deep expertise in foundation models, generative AI systems, reinforcement learning, and agentic architecture.

Experience with large-scale model training, optimization techniques, and efficient fine-tuning approaches

Strong publication record in top ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry impact

Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
