Job descriptionGraduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field. 10+ years of SAP functional experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role. FI / CO : Cost accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis. MM : Procurement lifecycle, vendor management, GR / IR reconciliation. PS : Project structuring, budgeting, settlement, and integration with finance. Experience in real estate / infrastructure preferred. Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA, Fiori, and reporting tools desirable. Strategic thinker with strong business process understanding. Excellent leadership, stakeholder, and vendor management skills. Analytical mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
About the Role
Real Estate company is seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Manager to lead day-to-day SAP operations and ensure seamless business processes across Finance (FI / CO), Materials Management (MM), and Project Systems (PS). This is a key leadership role supporting project-based costing, procurement workflows, and financial control for large-scale real-estate and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP operations ensuring reliability, governance, and functional excellence across FI / CO, MM, and PS.
- Support and optimize project budgeting, WBS cost tracking, procurement cycles, and capitalization processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to align SAP with core business operations.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and reporting accuracy through SAP enhancements.
- Manage internal functional analysts and AMS vendors, ensuring SLA adherence and timely issue resolution.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S / 4HANA readiness and integration with BI dashboards.
