UC4 Administrator [Immediate Start]

Job Summary : We are looking for a UC4 System Administrator & Job Developer to manage and optimize batch job scheduling across multiple platforms. This role involves system administration and job chain development to ensure smooth batch processing. Ideal candidates will have extensive UC4 knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with multi-platform environments (Mainframe, Unix / Linux, Windows).

Responsibilities :

1. Manage, monitor, and maintain the UC4 job scheduling platform.

2. Install, configure, patch, back up, and recover UC4 systems.

3. Monitor system health, logs, job statuses, and performance.

4. Troubleshoot job failures and resolve incidents quickly.

5. Apply updates, conduct system audits, and manage user access.

6. Develop, configure, and maintain job chains, workflows, and schedules.

7. Build reusable templates and integrate with scripts, SQL, and APIs.

8. Develop scripts (Shell, PowerShell, Python) for job automation.

9. Automate tasks and enhance job orchestration using UC4.

10. Collaborate with teams to align job execution with business needs.

11. Provide technical support, root cause analysis, and job status updates.

12. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with version control practices.

13. Perform testing and simulate error recovery scenarios.

14. Analyze performance trends for job execution improvements.
