Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counsellor, located in Bhubaneswar. The Educational Counsellor will be responsible for providing educational consulting and student counseling services, offering career counseling, and guiding students in their educational decisions. The role requires effective communication with students and parents, ensuring students are well-informed about their available options and helping them navigate through college admissions processes.

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Empathy and ability to build rapport with students
• Experience in educational or career counseling is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
