Job description

Skilled Microsoft ERP Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize databases supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring database uptime, performance, security, and supporting ERP integrations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases for ERP systems.
  • Perform backup, restore, performance tuning, and indexing.
  • Support ERP version upgrades, migrations, and environment refreshes.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data integrity.
  • Manage user access, security policies, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with ERP and IT teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Support integrations with Power BI, CRM, SharePoint, and external systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in SQL Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV / Business Central / D365 F&O.
  • Knowledge of T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, PowerShell, and Azure SQL.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, and ERP service tiers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience as a SQL / ERP DBA.
  • Preferred certifications :
  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Database Administrator Associate
  • MCSA / MCSE : SQL Server
