Our clinics feature modern medical infrastructure with innovations like Diagnostics, X-Ray, and integrated super specialty and grooming facilities. We bring together an exceptional pool of veterinarians to collaborate on diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases, aiming to elevate the clinic experience for pets and their owners.

M&A Strategy and Execution :

  • Develop and execute the organization's M&A strategy in line with business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities in renewable energy.
  • Lead the entire deal lifecycle, including target identification, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning.

Financial and Commercial Analysis :

  • Conduct in-depth financial modelling, valuation, and risk analysis for potential deals.
  • Prepare and present investment proposals, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all deals align with the company's financial objectives and long-term strategy.
  • Due Diligence and Compliance :

  • Oversee comprehensive due diligence covering financial, legal, operational, and regulatory aspects.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, finance, and technical teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend strategies to address them.
  • Stakeholder Management :

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and potential partners.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations with target companies, advisors, and external entities.
  • Integration Management :

  • Develop and implement integration plans to ensure seamless alignment of acquired entities with business operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate post-acquisition performance, ensuring ROI and strategic objectives are achieved.
  • Key Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in M&A, corporate strategy
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
  • Experience in deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
