Essential :
B.Tech in Ceramic EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the refractory monolithics or brick industryStrong understanding of quality assurance processes and protocols relevant to refractory manufacturingPreferred :
In-depth knowledge of ceramics and refractoriesFamiliarity with refractory testing and characterization techniquesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communicationUnderstanding of mineralogy, crystallography, and phase diagramsKnowledge of refractory property–performance correlation and installation techniquesHands-on experience with testing and characterization tools used in refractory quality assessmentLeadership qualities, including team-building and cross-functional coordinationAbility to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectivelySkills Required
