Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering timely, high-quality services to allocated funds and corporate clients. This role involves taking ownership of deliverables, engaging and developing team members, and reviewing core processes and complex client requirements. The Assistant Manager assists in the preparation and review of financial reports and other deliverables while providing consistent feedback on individual performance regarding accuracy.

Review complex deliverablesProvide support to team and other teams as requiredAddress and resolve complex technical accounting queries independentlyLead implementation of new technologies or processesManage team deliverables through regular meetings and feedbackTrain and coach Accountants, Senior Accountants, and new team membersMonitor KPIs for team deliverablesLead small project teamsAttend to cluster queriesReview complex financial statements and reportsProvide guidance on performance improvementImplement process improvements within the teamContribute to employee performance evaluationsMonitor quality standards and compliance requirementsPerform other related duties as assigned for role and business needsSkills
Primary Skills : Corporate Accounting, Book keeping, financial statements, Tax, GL reconciliation, MANCO accounts; AP, AR, RTR; intercompany accounting, intercompany ledger, intercompany recons, management company accounting,Must have Knowledge on US GAAP; must have worked on accounting tools (preferably Netsuite, Sage, Quickbook).
