Solution Architect Skills & Experience - Pan India
- Demonstrable experience of selling and / or delivering ServiceNow enabled transformations. Experience required : 11- 18 years.
- Proven track record of selling ServiceNow projects and consultancy bids from a pre-sales perspective.
- Solid experience in architecting, building, and supporting complex implementations in a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environment.
- Some exposure to Service Integration (or SIAM) and ServiceNow projects implementation in a large client setting.
- Design and development experience of core service management processes and reporting, aligned to the ServiceNow IT service management tool suite.
- In addition to ITSM – experience of one of the following areas would be highly beneficial : CSM, HR, Security.
- Knowledge of other IT service management tool suites, such as BMC, HP and IBM Tivoli.
- ITIL Certified.
- Demonstrated performance in complex solutioning and innovative deal construct.
- Consultative, value-proposition / business case driven pre-sales methodology experience.
- Strong techno-commercial / business orientation and cost sensitive.
- Self-driven and motivated, comfortable with change / ambiguity.
- Financial management experience : estimating, budgeting, pricing, risk assessment.
- Execute on assigned RFP / RFI / proposals / proposal sections and deliver a high-quality response in terms of content, formatting and value-adds.
- Hands on experience in writing proposals and delivering customer presentations.
- Excellent presentation and proposal / RFP skills.
- Completely flexible and mobile to travel within the UK and globally, as required.
Solution Architect (ServiceNow) Certification
The Solution Architect must be ServcieNow ITSM or CSM certified. Should also be Capgemini Architecture Level 2 certified OR have a plan to certify if new to Capgemini
