Job description5+ years of professional experience in graphic design A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing creativity and execution skills Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout Motion graphics / animation experience is an added advantage Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fully remote opportunity while being part of a Bengaluru-based team Creative freedom and ownership of key design projects Collaborative culture and growth-focused environment Competitive compensation aligned with experience (USD 700–900 / month)

What You'll Do
- Conceive and deliver compelling design concepts for campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life
- Guide junior designers and raise the overall creative standards
- Create and maintain brand guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools
What We're Looking For
Figma or similar tools are a plus
