Educational Qualification

Option 1 : Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunication / IT with

minimum 3 years

of experience

OR

Option 2 : BCA / B.Sc.-IT / B.Sc. (Computers) with

minimum 5 years

of experience

Technical Experience

Minimum

2 years

in :

Windows / Linux System Administration

Configuration, patching, operations, and day-to-day management

Experience in :

Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting

Container Security Solutions

Working with

SIEM ,

Vulnerability Management , and

Patch Management Solutions

Must hold

valid OEM certification

for the offered container security solution

Roles & Responsibilities

The Resident Engineer will be responsible for :

Installation, configuration, and maintenance

of all security solutions (physical / virtual)

Patch management , upgrades, and fixes

Integration

with CI / CD pipelines for DevSecOps

Support

for performance, health checks, and complex operational / security issues

Migration

from proprietary / closed source to OSS tools

Monitoring and administration

of all offered solutions

Support to application teams

for resolving security concerns and OSS vulnerabilities

Conducting technical sessions

and hands-on training for developers

Onboarding support

for legacy and new-age applications

Guidance for deployment

across environments (Dev, UAT, Staging, Production)

Use of ITSM tools

for approvals and task tracking

Expert troubleshooting

on demand

Hands-on sessions

post onboarding

Any other related tasks

as required
