Responsibilities :
✅ Operations Management :
Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies as needed.
✅ Sales & Customer Experience :
Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
Work towards increasing sales and achieving revenue targets.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
✅ Team Leadership & Staff Management :
Supervise, train, and motivate the team for better efficiency.
Manage staff schedules and ensure proper workforce allocation.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
✅ Financial & Reporting :
Monitor daily sales, expenses, and overall financial performance.
Prepare reports on sales, stock usage, and operational efficiency.
