We are seeking a highly experienced VP - Treasury Operations with extensive expertise in Domestic Treasury Operations . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management and a proven track record of implementing RBI guidelines. This leadership role requires deep knowledge of derivatives and FX / MM products, focusing on business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Domestic Treasury Operations .
- Ensure the implementation of RBI Guidelines within treasury functions.
- Lead and manage a team, focusing on people management and development.
- Product Management :
- Provide expertise and oversight for Derivatives and FX / MM products (mandatory).
- Ensure efficient and compliant handling of these product areas.
- Strategic Contribution :
- Drive operational excellence within the treasury function, focusing on a BAU role .
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury processes.
