Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based at the Hyderabad office. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, handling financial audits, and assisting with corporate filings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, conducting GST and TDS computations, maintaining accounting systems, and coordinating with clients to provide timely financial advice. The Accountant will also aid in budgeting, cash flow analysis, and supporting due diligence processes for business compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting practices, financial statements preparation, and auditing
• Expertise in tax-related functions, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and representation before authorities
• Knowledge of ROC filings, corporate law compliance, and regulatory advisory
• Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and virtual CFO services is advantageous
• Strong skills in using accounting tools and technology-driven solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, complemented by relevant certifications (e.g., CA or CPA)
• 2+ years of proven work experience in accounting, audit, or a related field
