Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for administering payroll functions, processing payroll, managing garnishments, handling payroll taxes, and coordinating with payroll services. They will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications
Experience in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and working with Payroll Services
Knowledge of managing Garnishments and handling Payroll Taxes
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
Prior experience in payroll within the technology or B2B sector is a plus
Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
