Role Description

The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. The role also involves providing information about the hotel’s services and surroundings, coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction, and promoting hotel facilities and services. Ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for guests is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
