We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Team Lead (or Assistant Manager) with strong visa process knowledge and team management experience. The ideal candidate will lead a team of inside sales executives, drive revenue growth through B2B sales, ensure smooth client communication, and maintain service excellence in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and ensure that the Inside Sales team achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Train new team members on visa product , sales scripts, and CRM usage.
- Manage the day to day performance and reporting of the inside sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Oversee lead allocation, pipeline tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth visa processing for clients.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and identify training needs for the team.
- Share insights and feedback with management to refine the sales strategy.
Requirements :
1 - 3 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably in the visa / travel industry.Prior experience in team handling or working as a Team Lead / Assistant Manager.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business platforms.Skills Required
