Manager – Marketplace & Growth Strategist
Location - Mumbai
CTC - 15 LPA
Working days - 5 Days (Saturday half day work from home)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy, Execution & Growth :
- Define and execute short- and long-term growth strategies across marketplaces and D2C.
- Identify and act on opportunities across pricing, promotions, customer journey, user funnels,
and channel expansion.
Set and monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, AOV, repeat rate, conversion rate, etc., with a focus onsustainable revenue growth.
Lead A / B tests and growth experiments to optimize customer acquisition and retention.2. Marketplace Management :
Own marketplace operations end-to-end — listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility.Build and optimize catalog and inventory across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.Track sales performance, assortment gaps, and competitor benchmarking across marketplaces.3. Relationship Management (External & Internal) :
Act as the primary Relationship Manager for all external marketplace partners (Amazon,Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.) and ensure alignment on growth initiatives, promotional events, and
business reviews.
Represent the brand externally in a polished, professional, and commercially strategic manner.Work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, marketing, brand, and leadership teams toensure seamless execution.
4. Data Analytics & Insights :
Use analytics tools (Excel, SQL, GA, Tableau, etc.) to derive insights on customer behavior,channel performance, and funnel drop-offs.
Deliver regular reporting dashboards and business reviews, identifying key growth levers.Make data-driven decisions to optimize spends, improve ROI, and refine GTM strategy.5. Project Management & Execution :
Drive multiple initiatives across teams and platforms with clear ownership and timelines.Maintain structured workflows, trackers, and SOPs to manage operational complexity.Ensure deadlines are met with a high standard of execution and follow-through.Key Qualifications :
3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or growth marketing roles.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical skills;proficiency with data tools and comfort with numbers.
Proven track record of owning marketplace performance and driving measurable growth.Experience managing P&L, working with external platforms, and optimizing cost structures.High attention to detail, process-oriented, and strong organizational / project managementskills
