Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member with attention to detail to join our growing team at Invoti LLC. This is a remote position ideally suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in English, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Knowledge and experience with writing business cases, bidding proposals, and creative copies are a plus.

Responsibilities :

• Proposal writing, including thorough review and preparation of government / private bid requests.
• Coordinate procurement activities.
• Review and edit content generated by you or a team member.
• Update and monitor company trackers for pursuits.
• Actively seek and support in business development activities.
• Participate in team meetings, provide input, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Define and work towards project goals and objectives.
• Additional duties as assigned to support the Senior Leadership.
