We’re looking for a passionate and target-driven

US IT Recruiter

to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in identifying, screening, and placing top IT talent for our direct clients across the US.

Responsibilities :

Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

Work on

W2, C2C, and 1099

requirements.

Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Meet daily and weekly submission goals with quality profiles.

Requirements :

2+ years of hands-on experience in

US IT Recruitment .

Expertise in sourcing through

Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter .

Strong understanding of

US work authorizations, tax terms, and time zones .

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
