About the Role :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Strategy Partner located in Gurugram. The Talent Strategy Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. The role involves leadership hiring across tech and non-tech domains, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand business needs, craft effective hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO and help build an “IPL team” of top talent across verticals.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive leadership hiring across both tech and non-tech roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements.
• Develop and execute effective employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
• Identify and attract high-quality talent through innovative sourcing methods.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
