Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA or CPA with a strong background in accounting, ideally within a consulting firm. They must have hands-on experience working with US-listed clients and possess the ability to handle end-to-end accounting processes. The role requires a candidate with proven expertise in using Blackline and other commonly used accounting software. The position also demands exceptional client-facing skills and a readiness to take ownership of all accounting activities from start to finish.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience : 7+ years of post-qualification experience, with significant exposure to accounting operations, ideally gained within an accounting consulting firm.
• Software Experience : Proficiency in Blackline software is mandatory . Familiarity with other commonly used accounting software (e.G., QuickBooks, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Industry Experience : Must have worked with US-listed clients and be familiar with their specific financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Client-Facing Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with clients and manage relationships effectively.
• End-to-End Accounting Knowledge : Strong understanding of all aspects of the accounting cycle, from journal entries to financial reporting.
• Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and other accounting standards as they apply to US-listed companies.
