Oracle EBS R12 Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS R12 technical support professional with strong experience across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.

About the Role :

Provide expert technical support for Oracle EBS R12 across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle EBS layers.
Manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independently.

Key Requirements :

At least 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support.

Proficiency in SQL / PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.

Experience handling inbound / outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.

Tech support experience in SCM modules for at least 4 years.

Relevant Module Experience : Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA).
