Mandatory Requirement :

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Proven experience in

audit, compliance, and risk management

Strong track record of managing finances for

multiple branches or business units

Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance

Proficiency with ERP systems and financial tools (SAP / Oracle / Tally / QuickBooks).

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience working with B2B companies

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee daily financial operations across multiple branches of the business.

Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior management.

Conduct audit reviews, ensure timely statutory compliance, and liaise with external auditors.

Implement and monitor internal controls to strengthen compliance and risk management.

Consolidate financial statements for multiple business locations and analyze performance.

Drive process improvements in financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management.

Review and ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate governance policies, and legal requirements.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align branch operations with overall business strategy.

Provide leadership, training, and development to finance staff across different locations.
