Job Title : SAP Fiori Architect / Expert Consultant

Experience Required : 7+ years

Role Summary

We are seeking an SAP Fiori Expert / Architect to define enterprise-wide Fiori strategy and architecture . The role requires deep expertise in SAPUI5 , Fiori Design Guidelines , extensibility models, and advanced use of Figma mock-ups to lead user-centric application delivery across on-premise and cloud landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must have skills : Javascript, BAS, CI-CD, GitHub, Extending standard application, UI5 library, deployment, launchpad config & 1 frontend Candidates with 3 applications build from scratch have to create, RAP is must.
  • Design, develop, and extend SAP Fiori applications using SAP BAS , ensuring strict adherence to SAP Fiori design guidelines and UX best practices.
  • Drive best practices in UX design , prototyping, and app consistency across the enterprise.
  • Demonstrate advanced experience with SAP Fiori extensibility models : Key User Extensibility, Developer Extensibility, and Side-by-Side Extensibility.
  • Configure and manage Fiori apps on Launchpad (both on-premise and SAP BTP).
  • Manage E2E Fiori application development independently.
  • Define governance for Fiori extensibility models : Key User, Developer, Side-by-Side.
  • Configure and optimize Fiori Launchpad across SAP S / 4HANA and SAP BTP .
  • Provide advanced expertise in OData V2 / V4 , CDS Views, annotations, and performance tuning.
  • Performance tuning activities (load times, rendering optimization, caching, lazy loading, backend performance tracing).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Fiori / UI5 issues across frontend, Gateway, and backend integrations.
  • Provide strong expertise in OData V2 / V4 protocols , UI5 controls, metadata annotations, efficient data binding, and performance optimization.
  • Implement version control, CI / CD pipelines, and enforce code quality and security with tools such as SonarQube .
  • Conduct design thinking workshops , guide creation of prototypes / mock-ups , and align solutions with business needs.
  • Mentor junior / intermediate developers, review code and enforce coding standards across teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify UX transformation opportunities and ensure alignment with S / 4HANA migration strategies .

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of SAPUI experience with Mastery of SAPUI5 framework (custom controls, performance optimization, reusability)..
  • Proven expertise in SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData V2 / V4, annotations, and CDS Views.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP BTP, CAP model, Workflow, and Integration Suite .
  • Strong troubleshooting expertise (UI5 debugging, SAP Gateway, ST05 traces, runtime analysis, authorizations).
  • Extensive experience in Fiori Launchpad administration and app lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and security for Fiori applications.
  • Experience with Git, CI / CD, DevOps, and code quality / security enforcement.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BTP , CAP model, and cloud extensibility.

    • Nice-to-Have

  • SAP Certified Fiori Application Developer / Architect.
  • Experience with SAP MDK (Mobile Development Kit) .
  • Exposure to AI / ML integration with Fiori apps.
  • Strong background in performance tuning and large-scale deployments.
