• Act as SPOC for stakeholders, handling escalations and driving resolution.
• Mentor and onboard support engineers; create and review SOPs for recurring issues.
• Manage incident and problem communications, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Collaborate across onsite-offshore teams to maintain seamless support coverage.
