Job descriptionExperience : Minimum 5 years with enterprise WAF products. Technical Skills : Troubleshooting using : packet captures, CLI commands, understanding network protocols. TCP / IP Layer 7 / application layer security fundamentals. Application log analysis and collaboration with developers for secure coding. Scripting / Coding (Bonus) : Python or PowerShell for automation. Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field. Soft Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to interact across organizational levels and understand business requirements. Strong customer / client focus. Other : Flexible work schedule; on-call for incident response.
