We are Immediately looking out for Social Media Manager (Our Brands : BAYBEE | FUNBEE | DROGO | DOMESTICA)

Job Description :

• Required Min 3 to 8 Yrs Experience in Social Media Brand Marketing
• To Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
• To Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize strategies and content
• Have to Produce engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with the target audience and reflects the brand's voice
• Should boost a company’s profile on all active social platforms by increasing their followers and the amount of engagement (likes, comments, shares) they receive.
• Have to respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive online community, and building relationships with followers
• Planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns, including paid advertising and influencer collaborations.
• Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, reach, and website traffic to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• To Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and content creators to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
• You may be expected to develop written or visual posts to achieve both.
