Summary :

As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your role will involve leveraging your deep SAP CRM functional knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the client.

• Design and develop business architecture models and frameworks to guide the organization's strategic planning.
• Identify and analyze business processes, systems, and structures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
