Job Overview :
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our brand's online presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our audience, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring our brand voice is consistent and impactful.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (videos, reels, stories, etc.) across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to followers, and manage online reputation.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and insights to optimize engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when required.
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand campaigns.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2–4 years preferred).Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing software is a plus.Key Skills :
