Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, delivering innovative and aesthetically pleasing environments. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to create spaces that reflect the client's vision and meet functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities : Requirements
- Project Leadership : Oversee all phases of interior design projects, including conceptual design, space planning, material selection, and installation.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is realized throughout the design process.
- Design Development : Create compelling design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate your ideas.
- Collaboration : Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure seamless integration of interior spaces with architectural elements.
- Material Selection : Research and specify furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with design concepts and budget constraints.
- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Quality Control : Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of design documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited institution.A minimum of 1.5 to 8 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3Ds max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite) and rendering tools.Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
