Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reading and analysing financial statements to check compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support in reviewing, data collation and interpreting various legal agreements and documents.
• Apply legal knowledge to real business scenarios under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate and contribute in live projects
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  
  

Requirements:

• Pursuing CA / Inter CA / CS or CS Inter.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze financial data.
• Familiarity with legal interpretation and agreement drafting.
• Knowledge of key Acts/statutes applicable to financial services, including SEBI regulations and Companies Act.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
