About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager
who specializes in
hiring and managing quality Tele-Sales teams , including
WFH sales staff
and
US-shift candidates .
If you have handled
end-to-end recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and team management , this role is for you.
You will play a key role in building strong, high-performance international sales teams for our financial product division.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
End-to-end hiring of
tele-sales, retention, and customer success teams
Hiring Work-From-Home Sales Executives
across globe
Hiring candidates for
US time zone (Night Shift) sales process
Screening, shortlisting & coordinating interviews
Designing job descriptions and hiring strategies for high-volume recruitment
Building a strong talent pipeline for international sales roles
HR Operations & Management
Managing on-boarding, documentation & employee lifecycle
Implementing HR policies and performance monitoring systems
Managing employee attendance, discipline & reporting
Conducting exit interviews and improving retention strategies
Employee Engagement & Culture
Developing engagement activities to reduce attrition
Ensuring team motivation, communication, and productivity
Handling employee grievances professionally
Team Management
Work closely with Sales Managers to understand staffing needs
Help build a positive and high-performance sales environment
Ensure smooth coordination between HR & Operations teams
Requirements
2–6 years of HR experience (preferably in
tele-sales / BPO / international sales )
Strong experience in
hiring Work-From-Home sales teams
Prior experience hiring for US shifts
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to manage large and fast-paced hiring cycles
Confident in handling high-pressure roles and meeting timelines
