Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Oracle Apps DBA Trainer at our Hyderabad location. The trainer will design and deliver hands-on training sessions on Oracle Database Administration, covering key concepts such as replication, troubleshooting, and database security. They will prepare training materials, assess learners' progress, provide mentorship, and stay updated with new developments in the Oracle environment to keep course content relevant. The trainer will also address queries, provide practical insights, and guide attendees to handle real-world scenarios effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration and core Database Administration tasks
• In-depth knowledge of database replication techniques and troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong expertise in implementing and maintaining Database Security
• Proven ability to mentor or train others effectively, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Relevant certifications in Oracle Database or Database Administration are highly desirable
• Prior experience in a training role or delivering technical workshops is preferred
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest Oracle database versions and features
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
