Key Responsibilities :

Achieve successful cloud modernization of ETL pipelines with expertise in hands-on experience.
Maintain deep understanding of enterprise analytics stack and possess strong data debugging skills.
Demonstrate proven track record in hyperscaler analytic environments like Databricks, Snowflake.
Prioritize Informatica IDMC / CDGC; possess strength in IDMC or leading cloud ETL tools.
Cultivate ability to pick up new technologies quickly and apply best practices for delivery centers.

Leadership Experience :

Minimum 10+ years IT project delivery leadership roles, technical leads, or offshore center leads.

Experience managing cloud modernization projects for North American clients.

Skillset to solve problems, plan status, and deliver on time and under budget.

Candidate Requirements :

Ability to work at least 6 hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Background in leading client calls, managing escalations, and engaging stakeholders.

Business Outcomes & KPIs :

Proven experience managing project budgets, reducing delivery delays, and accelerating migration velocity.

Communication & Soft Skills :

Able to lead technical discussions, communicate with executive stakeholders, and politely push back as needed.

Collaborative team mindset, strong status reporting, and proactive approach to anticipating delivery risks.

Responsible for hiring and firing team members.

Certifications & Tools :

Experience with Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake; cloud platform certification(s) preferred.

Industry Focus :

Technical and delivery excellence prioritized above specific industry backgrounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled professional with the following qualifications :

Strong experience in cloud modernization and ETL pipeline management.

Expertise in enterprise analytics stack and data debugging skills.

Familiarity with hyperscaler analytic environments like Databricks, Snowflake.

Informatica IDMC / CDGC certification is a plus.

Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and apply best practices.
