Key Responsibilities :

  • Candidate Screening and Shortlisting :
  • Review and screen applications to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Candidate Engagement :
  • Communicate with candidates to guide them through the recruitment process and keep them informed about progress, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Interview Scheduling :
  • Plan and organize interview schedules, coordinating with interview panel members and ensuring smooth execution of interview days.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development :
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to build a strong pool of qualified candidates.
  • Recruitment Portals :
  • Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and Indeed to source and recruit candidates efficiently.

Candidate Profile : 1. Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitments .
  • 2. Education :

  • A Master's degree in HR is mandatory.
  • 3. Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interaction skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities in a professional business environment.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
