Role : Sailpoint IIQ Developer
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced Sailpoint IIQ Developer with 5 to 10 years of dedicated experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
This role requires expert, hands-on proficiency with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), covering architecture, design, development, integration, and deployment across multiple projects.
The successful candidate will drive key IAM initiatives, focusing on application onboarding, complex workflow customization, and ensuring a robust and compliant identity governance framework.
Primary Responsibility :
SailPoint IIQ Architecture and Development :
- Demonstrate 5 to 10 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
- Must have expert experience in core IIQ components, including application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, and access review setup.
- Expertise in SailPoint connector development utilizing both out-of-the-box and creating complex custom connectors.
- Configure quick links and reports customization within the IIQ platform to meet client reporting and usability requirements.
Programming and Scripting :
Possess at least a couple of years' experience with essential development languages including Java, Bean Shell / JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell, and XML.Experience in developing applications using Java, J2EE components, including Servlets, JSP, and JDBC, for custom IIQ integrations and components.IAM Project Lifecycle and SDLC :
Should have experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement project.This must include end-to-end activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, deployment, and post-deployment application support.Should have direct client experience, including successful collaboration with client teams in both an on-site and offshore mode.System Knowledge and Integration :
Should have strong working knowledge of both Linux and Windows operating systems environments where IIQ components are typically deployed.Possess experience or knowledge in following key security technologies : LDAP, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), and SSL / TLS.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 5 to 10 years of dedicated experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation.Core SailPoint IIQ : Expert proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, design, and configuration.Connector Development : Mandatory experience with out-of-the-box and custom SailPoint connector development.Programming & Scripting : Strong coding skills in Java (including J2EE components), Bean Shell / JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell, and XML.Project Lifecycle : Proven experience leading at least one full IAM SDLC engagement project (from requirements to deployment).Security Concepts : Knowledge of security technologies such as LDAP, PKI, and SSL.Operating Systems : Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.Preferred Skills :
Experience in other IDM suites, such as SailPoint IDN (IdentityNow) or SailPoint ICS (Identity & Access Management Cloud), is a significant advantage.Strong knowledge of advanced IIQ features like certifications, policy enforcement, and role mining.Experience with cloud identity providers (e.g. , Azure AD, Okta) integration with SailPoint.(ref : hirist.tech)
