Job Title - QE Manager

Job Location - Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall QA strategy with

9–12 years of experience

in Functional and Automation Testing, ensuring high-quality delivery in Agile projects.

Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for both manual and automated testing.

Drive automation initiatives using

Selenium with Java

and enhance test frameworks.

Manage and execute

API testing

for integration and end-to-end validations.

Perform

SQL-based data validation

and back-end testing for accuracy.

Leverage

Python scripting

for test data management, masking, and automation utilities.

Ensure the adoption of

testing frameworks

and maintain best practices.

Integrate automated test suites into

CI / CD pipelines

(Jenkins, Git) for continuous quality checks.

Mentor QA engineers, track / report quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in

Selenium with Java

for test automation.

Nice to have ISTQB Advance & PMP

Strong expertise in

API testing

(Postman, RestAssured, or similar).

Advanced

SQL skills

for data validation and back-end testing.

Hands-on

Python scripting

for automation and test data handling.

Familiarity with

CI / CD tools

(Jenkins, Git, etc.) and Agile methodology.
