Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in major cities for a Sales and Service Associate. The Sales and Service Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling Netel&aposs products and services, providing service support, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves meeting sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and offering after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills : Proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
• Technical skills : Knowledge of analytical instruments, environmental instruments, and automotive emission analyzers
• Service skills : Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, provide customer support, and conduct product demonstrations
• Communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Other qualifications : Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field
• Beneficial skills : Experience in the environmental and analytical instrumentation industry, and familiarity with regulatory requirements
