We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager / Manager- HRO

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible forUS HR and USPayroll, HR admin, Payroll, C&B administration and Recruitment supporting the client in one or more of the following areas
HR Admin, Recruitment, C&B
Lead the team responsible for managing the Employee Services, C&B administration & recruitment admin processes
Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes
Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas
Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and manage client stakeholders
Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by co-ordinating with the client team & Process owners
Work closely with client / Process owners to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in India
Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a regular basis
Payroll
Lead the team responsible for managing the Payroll team at Genpact
Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes
Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by co-ordinating with the Payroll team & Process owners
Work closely with Process owners to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in India

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Commerce Graduate (PG an added advantage)
MBA (HR)- Added Advantage
Preferred qualifications
Exposure to Transition of a new HRO process is important
Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
Should have E2E HRO knowledge
HR skillset and experience – Advanced Knowledge of Oracle HCM
Should have managed a team Working experience in SOX controls; Responsible for both internal and external audits
