Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote - India)
About the Role :
Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for technical positions. This remote role involves sourcing, screening, and closing top technical talent across various technology domains. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including developers, engineers, QA, and product specialists.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, coding communities, referrals, and job portals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, technical evaluation, and initial interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, design interview processes, and create role-specific assessments.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular recruitment status reports.
- Partner with HR and TA leadership on recruitment strategy and process improvements.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and employer branding in all recruitment interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technical roles, and competitive talent landscape in India.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or related field.5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably recruiting for software engineering roles.Strong understanding of technology stacks, software development lifecycles, and technical roles.Proven success in sourcing and closing technical talent in India remotely.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess technical profiles even without being a software developer.Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.Comfortable working independently and meeting recruitment targets in a remote setup.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience recruiting for cloud, AI / ML, or product development teams.Knowledge of modern recruiting platforms and digital sourcing strategies.Experience partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers.Work Location :
